Shipping Rates
Free shipping on all orders over $90
For orders under $90, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
We hand-pack every order with care from our home base in Lake Hāwea, Central Otago.
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed
- Delivery: Once dispatched, please allow 2–4 business days for delivery within New Zealand (rural addresses, including some areas around Lake Hāwea and Wānaka, may take a little longer)
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey home
Please note: dispatch times may be slightly longer during sale periods, launches, or public holidays — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Where We Ship
Right now, we're shipping within New Zealand only. We love our community here and want to get this right before we expand further afield — international shipping is on our radar for the future, so watch this space.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves us, you'll get a confirmation email with your NZ Post tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at nzpost.co.nz.
