How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe, your chosen shampoo and conditioner are delivered automatically on your selected schedule. You choose your formulation at sign-up, including range, colour tint (if any), and size. Your subscription renews until you pause or cancel.

Discounts apply to the product price at time of order. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Customisation
You can update your formulation (range, colour tint, size) at any time before your next order processes. Changes take effect on your next dispatch. Log in to your account at selfcentred.co.nz to manage your preferences.
Pausing & Cancelling
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time — no lock-in, no fees. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled dispatch date. You'll receive an email reminder 5 days before each order processes.
Billing
Payment is charged automatically on your dispatch date using the card saved to your account. You'll receive an order confirmation email each time. If a payment fails, we'll notify you and retry once before pausing your subscription.
Shipping
Subscriptions ship to New Zealand addresses only. Standard NZ shipping rates apply unless a free shipping threshold is met. Delivery times vary by location — typically 2–5 business days from dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at Contact@selfcentred.co.nz and we'll sort it. Due to the nature of haircare products, we're unable to accept returns on opened items unless they are faulty.
